Products

We specialise in the design and manufacturing of high quality, Rare Earth Permanent Bonded Magnets, in any shape, dimension and material grade required by the customer.

Our magnets are designed to meet the most stringent requirements with regards to quality, performance, dimensions and tolerances. Only high quality raw materials are used.

All our magnets can be delivered in a variety of coatings and surface treatment, customised to your specific design and requirements. We can also design and deliver systems, in which our NdFeB Bonded Magnets become part of a complete shaft, rotor or other systems, design or requirements.

Applications for Our Magnets

The Rare Earth Magnet material is recognised as the future material for permanent magnets, and is currently used for all kinds of electronic products, communication systems, medical and clinical equipment, general and home appliances, general industries and in the automobile industry. New applications for the materials and bonded magnets are added every day, in line with the changing requirements for more and more automation, higher performance, lower weight and less cost. In short, the electric motor will be an even more important component in this process of change, and the magnet is the heart of any electric motor.

Design

We have our own engineering department and research center focusing on tdesign and devlopment. We are constantly looking for available new matgerials, technology and processes to enable us to be at the forefront of the magnet industry. This includes cooperation and communication with international research institutes and laboratories. We design and manufacture all our tools, molds and jigs in house. All powder and raw material preperations are based on in-house blending technology. We use computer assisted design, (CAD) enabling easy modelling for optimisation of the final product.

Injection of Cores, Shafts and Systems

Our core business will continue to be the manufacturing of high quality bonded magnets. We do, however, include plastic injected cores, metal cores, shafts and other accessories and value added systems into our product range, to better serve our customers specific requirements.

Coating

Coating of the magnets is a very important part of the overall performance. We have the ability to use various coating materials, and various means of applying same, includeding ED and Spray coating.
